Order Processing Times
We take great care to prepare your orders with the highest quality and freshness. To ensure we meet your expectations, please adhere to the following processing times:
1-3 dozen cupcakes or desserts: Minimum of 2 days' notice.
4-12 dozen cupcakes or desserts: Minimum of 3 days' notice.
13-20 dozen cupcakes or desserts: Minimum of 5 days' notice.
More than 20 dozen cupcakes or desserts: Minimum of 10 days' notice.
Orders placed without sufficient notice may be declined or subject to an expedited service fee, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Order Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed via email or written communication. Bakehause is not responsible for unconfirmed or incomplete orders.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including:
Desired flavors and quantities.
Delivery or pick-up date and time.
Delivery address and contact information (if applicable).
Bakehause will not be held liable for errors or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Changes to Orders
Changes to your order must be requested via email at least 24 hours prior to the processing deadline outlined above. Bakehause reserves the right to deny changes requested after this period.
Payment and Cancellations
Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
Orders canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund. Orders canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will not be refunded.
Pickup and Delivery Policy
Orders must be picked up or received at the agreed time. Bakehause is not responsible for items left unclaimed beyond the scheduled pick-up time. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra fees.
Disclaimer
While we strive to meet all custom design requests, slight variations may occur as each product is handmade. Bakehause is not responsible for any damage to products once they are picked up or delivered.

No, we do not create custom cake designs. Our cupcakes are so moist and delicate that they simply fall apart when crafted into larger cakes. Instead, we focus on delivering the perfect cupcake experience every time.

Cancellations or modifications must be requested at least:
24 hours in advance for orders of 1-3 dozen.
2 days in advance for orders of 4-12 dozen.
3 days in advance for all other orders.
Orders canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Due to the cream cheese frosting used on most of our cupcakes, we recommend refrigerating them until they are ready to be served. Remove them from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving to allow them to come to room temperature for optimal flavor and texture.
